The Challenge
Hawthorne Manor apartments is a small group of boutique historic apartments well located in a hip neighborhood in Tucson near the university. It needed a new website to attract prospective renters and provide detailed information about the apartments and location.
The Solution
I worked with the property owner to create a custom website, with WordPress at its core, to show off the property. He staged the units professionally and had high-quality photos taken. I created several easy-to-navigate photo galleries on the site and designed branding that reflects the historic personality of the apartments.
The Result
Prospective tenants now learn all about the Hawthorne Manor Apartments via its website. Since the website launched, there’s been a consistent waitlist of people interested in renting one of the units.
The site features photo galleries, detailed information about the hip neighborhood and the available apartments. It also includes downloadable floor plans and rental applications, and interactive map and a contact form.
Responsive, mobile-first design ensures that all the content on the site is equally accessible on phones and tablets as on computers. Visitors driving or walking around hunting for apartments can easily learn about the property on the go.
